This page provides links to the full text of all Draft Scottish Statutory Instrument awaiting approval. They will remain on this site until such time as they are superseded by a Scottish Statutory Instrument or until they are withdrawn.
The aim is to publish these documents on this website simultaneously with their publication in printed form.
From 1 July 2005 onwards the Executive Notes prepared by the Scottish Executive, setting out a brief statement of the purpose of an instrument and providing information about its policy objective and financial effects, which are produced to accompany any Scottish Statutory Instrument or Draft Scottish Statutory Instrument laid before the Scottish Parliament have been published on this website. They are not available in printed form.
