EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

Laid before Parliament 31st May 1991
Coming into force 21st June 1991

    In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 22 and 103 of the Education Reform Act 1988[1] , and after consulting with such persons with whom consultation appeared to him to be desirable, the Secretary of State for Education and Science hereby makes the following Regulations:
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 21st June 1991.
        2.    The following provisions of the Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) Regulations 1989[2] are revoked, namely: paragraphs (1) to (4) and (6) of regulation 8; paragraph (1) of regulation 9; paragraphs (2) and (3) of regulation 10; and Schedule 1.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
    These Regulations further amend the Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) Regulations 1989 by revoking the provisions of those Regulations which required the annual provision of specified information about the school curriculum to specified persons or bodies.
